University of Ibadan Announces Collection of Statements of Results for 2024/2025 Graduates

The University of Ibadan’s Examinations Records and Administrative Data Processing Division (ERA), on 26th February 2026, announced the schedule for the collection of statements of results for the 2024/2025 graduates.


In an internal memorandum released to the graduating Class of 2024/2025 through the Deputy Registrar, ERA, and signed by the Examinations Officer, Halimah O. Adeoye, the University outlined the process.


“Further to the approval of the final-year results for the 2024/2025 academic session by the Senate, please note that the distribution of Statements of Results will take place at the Examinations Offices strictly according to the approved schedule for each Faculty,” the statement read.


The memorandum stated that all concerned students must comply with the designated date and time for their faculties and must come along with their certificate of admission and the finalist cross-check printout.


According to the release, “Collections must be made strictly on the date assigned to each faculty. Students are required to come along with their certificate of admission and the finalist cross-check printout.”


The release outlines the schedule for each faculty as follows:


The Faculty of Nursing Science, Basic Medical Sciences, Public Health, and Veterinary Medicine is scheduled for Monday, 2 March 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Faculty of Arts and Pharmaceutical Sciences is scheduled for Tuesday, 3 March 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Faculty of Education and Economics and Management Sciences is scheduled for Thursday, 5 March 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


In addition, the collection for the Faculty of Technology and The Social Sciences is scheduled for Friday, 6 March 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Faculty of Law and Environmental Design and Management is scheduled for Monday, 9 March 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., while the Faculty of Agriculture and Renewable Natural Resources is scheduled for Tuesday, 10 March 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


Recall that the Senate of the institution sat on 16 February 2026 to consider and approve the release of the final-year results.

 DR. AYODELE A. OSISANWO BECOMES FULL PROFESSOR AT THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH Zenas Olanipekun Dr. Ayo Osisanwo of the Department of English, University of Ibadan has received his promotion to become a full Professor, effective October 1st, 2025 . He is now Professor Ayodele A. Osisanwo. His field cuts across Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis. In an interview with the NASELS Press, he admitted that the validation process started a year ago, but the journey itself involved burning the midnight oil, considering the number of papers he had to write and submit for assessment.
