University of Ibadan Partners with Avail International Consultation for 2026 UK Education Expo

The AVAIL Education Expo 2026, held on Saturday, April 25, at the Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan, connected Nigerian students with opportunities to study in the United Kingdom.
Organised by Avail International Consultation, the event focused on guiding prospective students through admission and relocation processes. The Managing Director, speaking through video, highlighted the organisation’s role in supporting students, reinforced by testimonies from beneficiaries.
Representatives of four UK universities delivered presentations on academic opportunities and career prospects. Rebecca Peters introduced the University of Leicester as an affordable, student-friendly institution. Linda Ayodele of Anglia Ruskin University highlighted its practical learning approach, high student satisfaction rate and scholarship opportunities, noting a minimum entry requirement of a Second Class Lower degree.
Toyosi Ogunleye showcased Brunel University London’s strong industry links and career development support, while Omolade Bello of Canterbury Christ Church University emphasised affordable living, flexible tuition payment options and graduate employability.
The Africa Peace Club also led a session on mental wellness, stressing the importance of managing academic and personal stress.
The event concluded with a one-on-one consultation segment, allowing attendees to engage directly with university representatives.
